With a 20 year presence in the marketing industry, Motivare has been responsible for the development and consolidation of the promotional market in Brazil, leading high-profile projects, such as the launch of Microsoft in Latin America, and featuring Ronaldinho as the product spokesmodel for the biggest sales promotion in Unilever's history: OMO MANIA. Other noteworthy projects include both the Smirnoff Experience, which was the first electronic music festival held simultaneously in five countries around the world, and the first sports marketing activation in Brazil for the Bombril X São Paulo FC partnership in 1997.

Since September 2012, Motivare has been developing a global operation in Miami, USA, thus increasing their participation with projects requiring regional strategizing for the Latin American market, as well as providing new opportunities to engage with Florida's Hispanic community.

Within the past 20 years, Motivare has completed more than 5,000 projects, distributed over 100 million dollars in prizes, promotions, and campaigns, as well as coordinated more than 3,000 events/conventions throughout Brazil and other locations worldwide.
